At CapCore Systems, we believe in full transparency about how artificial intelligence is used in our products. This page explains what AI technologies we use, how they work, and what you should know as a user.

1. AI Technology We Use

All CapCore Systems AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI models. We use different model tiers optimized for specific tasks:

Claude Haiku — Used for AI Career Chat. Optimized for fast, conversational responses with low latency.
Claude Sonnet — Used for SmartApply AI (cover letters, emails, LinkedIn messages). Balances quality and speed for professional content generation.
Claude Opus — Used for Resume Review and Interview Coach. Our most capable model for complex analysis, scoring, and detailed feedback.

2. How AI-Generated Content Works

When you use a CapCore tool, your input (resume text, job description, interview answer, or chat message) is sent to our secure API gateway. Our gateway adds task-specific instructions and sends the request to Anthropic's API. The AI generates a response based on your input and our instructions, and the result is returned to you.

Important: AI-generated content is created fresh for each request. The AI does not copy from a database of pre-written templates. Each output is uniquely tailored to your specific input.

3. Limitations of AI-Generated Content

While our AI tools produce high-quality output, you should be aware of these limitations:

AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Always review and personalize generated content before using it professionally.
AI may occasionally produce inaccurate statements or recommendations. Verify factual claims independently.
Resume scores and interview feedback are AI assessments based on general best practices, not absolute measurements of quality.
AI does not have access to real-time job market data, specific company hiring processes, or your personal network — advice is based on general career knowledge.
Generated content should supplement, not replace, professional career counseling when making major career decisions.

4. Your Data and AI

We take your data privacy seriously in all AI interactions:

No training on your data: Neither CapCore nor Anthropic uses your inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your career data is never used as training data.
No permanent storage of inputs: Resume text, job descriptions, and interview answers are processed in real-time and discarded after generating your output. They are not stored on our servers.
Encrypted transmission: All data sent to and from the AI is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Your content is never transmitted in plain text.
Saved outputs are yours: If you choose to save generated outputs to your dashboard, that data is encrypted at rest and can be deleted at any time.

5. Content Ownership

You own all content generated through CapCore tools. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and publish any AI-generated cover letters, resume summaries, interview feedback, or other outputs without restriction or attribution. CapCore Systems claims no ownership over content generated for you.

6. Safety Measures

We implement multiple safety measures to ensure responsible AI use:

Input sanitization: All user inputs are sanitized to prevent prompt injection and other abuse vectors.
Output validation: AI outputs are validated for format, length, and quality before being returned to users.
Rate limiting: Usage limits prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users.
Human oversight: We regularly review AI outputs to monitor quality and identify potential issues.

7. Ethical Commitment

Our tools are designed to help you present your authentic qualifications more effectively — not to fabricate credentials or misrepresent your experience.
