GDPR (European Union). CapCore complies with GDPR for users in the European Economic Area. Lawful basis: consent for marketing communications, legitimate interest for service operation, contract for paid services. Data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) are honored on request — see Privacy Policy for the request process.

CCPA / CPRA (California). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to opt out of sale (CapCore does not sell personal data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests via info@capcoresystems.com with subject “CCPA Request”.

AI use disclosure. Every AI-generated output on CapCore is clearly labeled as AI-generated. We use Anthropic’s Claude Opus 4.7 as the primary model; specific tool tiers may use Claude Haiku or Claude Sonnet for cost-efficiency. The model is documented in the output metadata.

Consumer protection. CapCore complies with FTC guidelines on advertising claims, including the FTC’s AI guidance: we make no outcome promises (no “land a job” or “grow your business” guarantees). All marketing claims are defensible. Pricing is transparent. Subscription terms are clear at checkout.

Sub-processors. CapCore uses the following sub-processors for service operation: Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Cloudways (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Klaviyo (email marketing), Brevo (transactional email), Zoho (founder email). Full list in Privacy Policy.
