What does CapCore Systems offer?
CapCore Systems offers two pillars of AI-powered tools: SmartHire Toolkit for career growth (resume optimization, ATS analysis, cover letters, LinkedIn assistance, interview preparation, salary negotiation, executive presence coaching) and LaunchPad for business growth (business plans, SOPs, brand strategy, financial forecasting, marketing copy, operations playbooks). You can subscribe to one pillar, both, or purchase individual one-time products.
How do I access my purchased tools?
After purchase, log in at capcoresystems.com/my-account/ using the email and password you used at checkout. Your tools and downloads will appear in your dashboard automatically. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a “Set your password” email — please check your inbox and spam folder.
What AI model powers CapCore tools?
All CapCore tools are powered by Anthropic Claude AI. Different tools use different model tiers, optimized for the specific task — for example, in-depth resume reviews use Claude Opus, while real-time chat uses Claude Haiku for instant responses. We do not use any of your inputs or outputs to train AI models.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases — subscriptions, digital products, and custom services — are non-refundable once delivered or activated. We do not offer outcome-based guarantees of any kind. Please review our Refund Policy in full before purchase.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my deliverable?
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand behind the quality of every deliverable through our Quality Commitment. If you have a specific, documented concern about the quality, accuracy, or alignment of a delivered work product with your stated objectives, contact us at info@capcoresystems.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review your concern and, where reasonable and within the original scope, work in good faith to revise or supplement the deliverable. What is the difference between SmartHire and LaunchPad?
SmartHire Toolkit is for career growth — AI-powered cover letters, resume reviews, ATS keyword analysis, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, salary negotiation guidance, and executive presence development. LaunchPad is for business growth — AI-powered business plans, standard operating procedures, brand strategy, financial forecasting, marketing copy, and operations playbooks. You can subscribe to one or both.
What are the SmartHire subscription tiers?
Free includes basic AI Career Chat (3 messages per day) and core career advice. Pro ($29/mo) adds SmartApply AI (10/day), Resume Review AI (5/day), priority chat (50/day), and dashboard saving. Premium ($59/mo) includes everything in Pro plus Interview Coach AI (10/day), chat (200/day), enhanced resume analysis (20/day), SmartApply Pro (25/day), and priority support.
What are the LaunchPad subscription tiers?
Starter (Free) provides limited daily access to selected business tools. Operator ($49/mo) unlocks the full LaunchPad tool suite with daily-use limits suited to growing businesses. Is there an All-Access plan?
Yes. All-Access ($129/mo) includes both SmartHire Premium and LaunchPad Founder in a single subscription. It is the most cost-effective option for clients who need both career and business tools. View the pricing page for the complete tier comparison.
What are the daily limits on each plan?
Per-tool daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Per-minute limits (2–5/min depending on tool) act as burst protection.
SmartHire — Free: Chat 3/day. Other SmartHire tools unlock at Pro.
SmartHire — Pro ($29/mo): Chat 50/day; SmartApply 10/day; Resume Review 5/day; ATS Optimizer 5/day; Company Research 5/day. Interview Coach and Salary Negotiation unlock at Premium.

Numbers above mirror the gateway’s authoritative TIER_RATE_LIMITS table — they will not drift from what the API enforces.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing info@capcoresystems.com. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. You retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.
Do the tools work for any industry?
Yes. Our AI is trained on broad professional and business contexts and produces relevant outputs across most industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, marketing, operations, education, manufacturing, and many others. You specify your industry, role, or business context when using each tool, and the AI generates customized output accordingly.
Can I use CapCore tools if I’m changing careers?
Yes. Our SmartHire Toolkit is designed to work for career changers. Tools like the Career Gap Assessment and resume rewriting features help you identify transferable skills, reframe your experience, and build a strategic transition plan tailored to your target role and industry.
Do you guarantee results — like getting a job, raise, or new clients?
No. CapCore Systems does not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, interviews, recruiter responses, salary increases, promotions, customer acquisition, revenue, or any other career or business result. All outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, individual qualifications and effort, third-party decisions, and circumstances unique to each Client. We provide AI-powered tools and structured guidance — you provide the application, decision-making, and follow-through.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and follow security best practices for storage and processing. Are AI-generated outputs legal, financial, or professional advice?
No. All AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, medical advice, professional career counseling, or any other form of regulated professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing each output and deciding whether and how to act on it.
