Account & Access

How do I access my purchased products?

After purchase, your products are immediately available in two places: My Account (Downloads tab) for digital files, and My Tools for AI-powered tools. Log in with the email address used at checkout.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click Lost your password. Enter your account email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes.

I’m not receiving emails from CapCore.

Check spam and Promotions folders. Add info@capcoresystems.com to your contacts. Verify the email on your account matches the one you’re checking.

Plans & Subscriptions

What does each SmartHire plan include?

SmartHire Free gives you basic tool access. Entry ($29/mo) expands usage limits. Pro ($59/mo) unlocks all SmartHire tools including Salary Negotiation, Company Research, and Career Gap Assessment. See the full pricing page for a complete comparison.

What does each LaunchPad plan include?

LaunchPad Starter is free. Operator ($49/mo) adds Financial Forecaster and expanded AI Marketing Copy. Founder ($97/mo) includes all LaunchPad tools. See pricing for the full breakdown.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Log into My Account, go to Subscriptions, and select your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

AI Tools

How do the AI tools work?

Every tool follows the same pattern: you provide context (your resume, job description, business details), the AI generates a tailored output, and you review and refine. Specific input produces specific output. See How It Works for a full walkthrough.

My output doesn’t seem relevant. What should I do?

Output quality depends on input quality. Use your actual resume text and the actual job description rather than general descriptions. Fill in all available optional fields. If issues persist, contact info@capcoresystems.com.

What is the purchase policy?

All digital product sales are final. Because products are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. See the full Purchase Policy.

Can I use CapCore on mobile?

Yes. CapCore works on all modern mobile browsers. For tools that require detailed text input, a desktop browser provides a better experience.
