Every CapCore AI tool follows the same three-step process. Here’s exactly how it works.

Step 1 — You provide context

Enter information about your specific situation. For SmartHire tools, this might be your resume text, a job description, or a company name. For LaunchPad tools, it might be your business description, target market, or the process you want to document.

The quality of your input directly determines the relevance of your output. Specific, detailed context produces specific, useful results. Vague input produces generic output.

Step 2 — AI generates your results

Our AI (powered by Claude, built by Anthropic) processes your input and generates a tailored output based on your specific situation. This typically takes 10–30 seconds depending on the complexity of the request.

CapCore tools are designed to produce structured, actionable outputs — not walls of generic text. You get formats you can actually use: resume feedback organized by section, negotiation scripts with talking points, business plans with numbered sections, and SOPs with step-by-step procedures.

Step 3 — You review, refine, and apply

AI output is a high-quality starting point, not a finished product. Review the results, apply your own knowledge and judgment, and refine before using. You understand your situation better than any AI — the tools are designed to accelerate your work, not replace your thinking.
